Waterville, OH

Situated in southern Lucas County spread out along the western bank of the Maumee River, Waterville is the fastest growing suburb of Toledo.  Affiliated Lumber is located just 14.8 west of Waterville on County Road 3, 1.3 miles south of Airport Highway (US Route 20A) in Swanton.

The city of Waterville has an estimated 5487 people in the incorporated limits, according to the 2010 census.  Waterville was established on the Miami and Erie Canal, which connected Toledo to Cincinnati via waterway.

Residents of Waterville have a developing downtown.  It is easy access other areas of Northwest Ohio via US 24, also known as the Anthony Wayne Trail.   Maumee, Perrysburg, and Toledo are easy commutes, while the more rural yet under-appreciated Grand Rapids, OH is just 10 minutes southwest on "The Trail."  Numerous parks operated by Metroparks Toledo are situated along both banks of the Maumee River and provide river access for boating, fishing, or kayaking.
